Every AI-powered feature (content drafting, Target Company Discovery, contact enrichment, the support chat) runs on your own Anthropic, Grok or OpenAI key, added from Settings. We never see that bill, and we never mark it up.
So the price above is what the software costs, full stop. Already paying for Claude or ChatGPT? Use the same key here instead of paying for AI twice, or switch provider in Settings, anytime.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Only if you choose a paid plan. Business and Enterprise bill immediately at checkout. The Free plan never asks for payment details, and you can upgrade whenever you're ready.
Can I monitor more than one website?
Yes. Each plan includes a set number of tracked domains, each with its own tracker snippet and site key. Add more from Settings up to your plan's limit, or upgrade for more.
What happens to visitors we haven't identified?
They still show up as anonymous sessions on your Visitors page, so nothing is silently dropped. They're just not yet matched to a company.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no lock-in contracts. Manage or cancel your plan directly from billing settings.
Are the agents included, or an add-on?
All 9 are included on Business and Enterprise. Each ships disabled, so turn on exactly the ones you want from the Agents page, no upsell. The Free plan is CRM-only, with agents unlocking once you upgrade.
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Every tenant gets their own database, not a shared table filtered by an ID. Your agents, your data, nobody else's.
What if I get stuck?
A support chat built into the dashboard answers most "how do I..." questions directly, using your own configured AI provider. No key set up yet, or it can't help? It hands off straight to a support ticket.
